Continue Reading » All About BMCC Why Study Computer Science Student Resources Internships CS Advisory Board 2-Year Degrees Associate of Science Oregon Transfer Computer Science Degree (ASOT/CS) This degree will prepare students to transfer to an Oregon public university. Computer Science (CS) is the study of programs, data, computing machinery, and how these interact. Majors in computer science are offered at EOU, OSU, OIT, PSU, SOU, UO, and WOU in Oregon. Associate of Applied Science Business Administration Web Development Degree (AAS-BA/Web Dev) This degree will prepare students to transfer to an Oregon University System institution and be effective in the workplace in the following areas: technical management and evaluation of websites, standards-compliant web development tools, as well as server-side programming and scripting. International Students Alumni -- Short Certificates Data Center Technician Certificate Today’s data centers contain tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of computer servers linked by powerful networks. A data center technician installs, maintains, and repairs a data center’s computer and network systems. Students completing this one-year certificate are fully prepared for employment in this rapidly-growing industry.
